It was originally recorded in 2003, written by Brad Delson, Chester Bennington, Mike Shinoda, Rob Bourdon, Dave Farrell, and Joe Hahn, and produced by Linkin Park and Don Gilmore. The accompanying music video for the single was premiered on the band’s YouTube channel along with the single’s release, directed by producers and animators Maciej Kuciara and pplpleasr.
For the record, “Lost” debuted at number #18 on the UK Singles chart and topped the UK Rock & Metal and US Rock Airplay charts for the week of February 17–23, 2023.
Update: This song debuted at number #38 on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart and topped US Rock Airplay chart for the week of February 25, 2023.
